Placing an order: By placing an order through this website you confirm you are legally able to enter into a contract. Prices are shown in GBP. We are not currently VAT registered, so no VAT is added to prices. You'll receive an order confirmation by email. We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order, for example if there's a pricing or stock error, and we'll let you know if this happens.

 

Delivery: Shop orders are delivered UK-wide. Estimated delivery times are shown at checkout. Risk in the goods passes to you once they're delivered.

 

Installation and fitting work: Installation, fitting and other on-site electrical services are separate from shop-only purchases. Our standard working area is within around 30 miles of Aylesbury; we can travel further, up to 80 miles, for the right job, with travel time and costs added to the quote. Any quote given from photos or a description is provisional and subject to a physical inspection on arrival (including earthing, bonding and consumer unit adequacy) - if extra remedial work is needed, this will be quoted separately before we proceed.

 

Trade Accounts: Trade Accounts are subject to application and our approval. Approved Trade Account customers may pay by invoice within 30 days. All other orders are paid for at the time of ordering or on completion of work.

 

Payment: We accept payment by credit/debit card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and other methods shown at checkout.

Our work: All electrical work is carried out in accordance with BS 7671 wiring regulations. Our liability for installation work is limited to putting right our own workmanship; we're not responsible for pre-existing faults that aren't part of the agreed job.

Governing law: These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
