Electrical Installations & Services

Service Description

We carry out all types of electrical installation work, from small jobs and repairs through to full rewires and new builds. This covers domestic properties, light retail and commercial premises, as well as medium to large scale commercial and industrial projects. Whatever the size or type of electrical work, we can help, including fault finding and repairs. Domestic electrical work is carried out by a NICEIC-registered electrician, with Part P Building Regulations notification arranged where required. We install designer switch and socket ranges from brands including Focus SB, Hamilton Litestat, Varilight, Corston, JUNG, Gira, Vimar, Busch-Jaeger and Legrand Arteor/Céliane, as well as everyday accessories from Hager, MK, Schneider, BG/Luceco, Click Scolmore and Robus. All work is individually costed, unless you choose a pre-priced package from the Tec-Shop. For jobs quoted from photos, we'll assess the work involved and confirm the price and materials cost with you by chat before any work begins. Alternatively, you can pay a deposit to book this service in the more conventional way, with the balance invoiced on completion. Please note all quotes are conditional estimates, subject to a visual physical inspection of earthing, bonding and consumer unit adequacy upon arrival - any remedial work required will be charged extra. Large-scale & industrial projects: For larger retail, commercial and industrial electrical installations, we also provide experienced project installation and on-site supervision, backed by a City & Guilds and SSSTS (Site Supervisor Safety Training Scheme) qualification, along with ECS and JIB registrations and IPAF licences, including high-level installation work over 20 metres for larger projects. We've delivered this kind of work across the Midlands, London and the South East, working alongside main contractors on major sites.
